III. SmartHome:       Ayala Park Tower 1 Condominium (lighting automation)

Wireless transceiver and motion sensors activates lighting around the elevator area. Lights are off without motion, lights are on if motion is detected but switches off automatically after a pre-programmed time. Intelligent system: will not switch on lights even when motion is detected during daytime!  Saves power!
