I. Shipping Schedule

3 to 5 Days Shipping (If Cebu or Manila Supplier)  and 7 to 21 Days (If International Supplier)
Orders for in-stock items placed by 5:00pm (PHT) will ship the 8 to 10 business days if Manila Supplier and 15 to 21 business days if International Supplier.

II. Shipping Duration

 Local customers:   1-2 days

International customers: 8 -12 days

  Note: To get estimated arrival time, all the shipping schedule and the shipping duration. Example: For local customers, shipment will arrive from 4 to 7 business days after payment, while International customers will usually receive their orders between 13-22 business days.

III. Free Lifetime Product Technical Support
You'll have access to free technical support prior to your purchase in addition to as long as you own the product. You can count on us to provide the high-quality support that you expect and deserve.

IV. Prompt and Friendly Technical Support
We are committed to answering your phone call within 5 minutes or providing the option for an automatic callback.

V. Responsive E-mail Support
We will respond to your emails within 48 business hours (Saturday incoming emails will be answered no later than Tuesday and Sunday incoming emails no later than Wednesday).

VI. Prompt and Fair Problem Resolution
We want you to be completely satisfied with your California Electronics experience. If at any point you are not, you are welcome to ask for a manager or send an e-mail to manager@california-electronics.com.

Regular in-stock items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (minus shipping) for any reason. Please visit our return policy page for complete details.
