- It can be controlled locally by using the Decora-style rocker switch or remotely by a UPB powerline signal. It also features a manual disconnect switch
- HLC Load Control Module is a 30 AMP Module utilizing Generation III UPB™ (Universal Powerline Bus), a reliable digital communications standard, over existing power lines. Can Control 120 or 240V loads. Requires neutral wire
